Easily incorporated into any style of outdoor space, this fire bowl is handcrafted from glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) for strength and durability with a limestone finish. Because the pigments are mixed in, the color is cast throughout the product and will not peel or chip off. GFRC products are made to last and designed to perform better than traditional concrete. This allows them to stand up to harsh environmental conditions like freezing and marine environments. The use of glass fibers for reinforcement means that it will not rust like steel and the glass fibers will prevent the product from cracking. GFRC offers superior strength while allowing for thinner construction which results in products that weigh considerably less than solid concrete. The 8-inch 304 stainless steel burner produces 65,000 BTUs of heat and glimmering flames. Each fire pit is made in the United States. Lava rock is included with this fire bowl. If substituting for fire glass, 50 pounds is recommended. This unit features a match light ignition.
