Our Shipping Process for Easy to Assemble Kit Packages

Easy-to-assemble kit packaged for shipping	Step 1: Packaging Our easy-to-assemble kit packages ship on a compact pallet. We add plywood barriers to protect your gazebo from occasional bumps along the way. We then wrap the gazebo kit with heavy duty vinyl boat wrap, which keeps the package neatly stacked, clean and dry.

Fast, Friendly Delivery Service

Step 2: Transit

We ship most gazebo kit packages on a pallet through motor freight. Once your gazebo leaves the warehouse you will receive an email with the carrier’s name, phone number and tracking number. You may track your shipment online from the carrier's website. Fifthroom.com works with freight companies to provide prompt, on-time deliveries. Once your gazebo arrives at the desired terminal, the trucking company will call you to schedule the estimated time of delivery. (Actual delivery usually occurs within a two or three hour window).


All kit packages are shipped keeping you in mind. Parts are banded and easy to handle.	Step 3: Curbside Unloading We recommend having 1 or 2 people available to unload the contents of your gazebo kit package. With our standard gazebo generally pieces weigh no more than about 65-70 pounds, and can be carried to your job site or stored away until you are ready.

No Touch Delivery (For Our Easy Assembled Kits Only)

Oval Gazebo Shown in our easy-to-assemble kit package	Try our “No Touch” delivery service. We will hire a local delivery service to deliver your structure to your business or residence. The cost varies from ($399 to $599) depending on what city or state you are located. Most shipments with the "No Touch" delivery service come in an easy to assemble kit, crated and wrapped for protection.

Structures Shipped Fully Assembled
We can also deliver your structure fully assembled, and we do not charge any additional fees for constructing your structure before it ships. The actual shipping costs depend on where you live and the size of the structure. (Oversize loads require permits, and in some cases, escorts). Structures over 12' wide are not permitted on many roadways.

Though, there are some limits as to the size of a structure that can be shipped assembled, we will work with your state and other authorities to obtain the permissions and permits needed. Usually anything 12’ wide and under is an easy process. Over 12’ wide structures require escort vehicles and researching road restrictions along with access to your property. If it can be done, we will do it.


12' Treated Pine Gazebo	To receive your gazebo fully assembled, we will need direct access to your gazebo site. Unloading requires little help, as the remote controlled tilt trailer does most of the work. Once set in place, our drivers will install cupolas, double roofs and screens.
