Traditional Bespoke –Indoor / Outdoor Electric Insert featuring Thermostatic Remote, WiFi capable and a Selection of Media Options, Built-in with log and glass and black steel surround. It is a new interpretation of the classic fireplace with an emphasis on superb design, features, and quality. Choose your flame colors and effects using the latest technology, and rely on the included log set to create a realistic look. Inside the fireplace, a powerful heater warms up your space of up to 400 square feet. Concealed heater vents in the upper top of the unit allow for a truly clean appearance. Enjoy the brilliant flame of this fireplace even while the heat is off for ambiance during every season.

Shipping and Returns
All shipments, unless specifically denoted, are curb-side shipments. All shipments are shipped via freight carrier and will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, Electricflames.com cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur during delivery.
When your order ships, you will be notified via email. Orders are shipped between 3-10 business days. A tracking number for your shipment will be sent to you via email. We encourage you to track your package online or by phone with the carrier.

All shipments should be inspected as soon as possible upon delivery in accordance with our policy. It is recommended that you inspect for visible defects and damage. If you require additional time to inspect your shipment, we recommend signing the carrier waybill – Damaged & subject to inspection.
Remii Shipping and Returns: Damages must be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment for an authorization number and to arrange replacement or credit. Unwanted or undamaged returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and a 20% restocking fee + freight will be charged. Original packaging must accompany returns. Please contact us if you would like to return an item.
Unauthorized returns will be refused at our docks and returned to the sender. Returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges both ways.
