The Palisade 36 Direct Vent Linear Gas Fireplace
The Palisade see-thru direct vent fireplace is a perfect choice for today’s contemporary floor plans, allowing you a great view of your fireplace from more than one room. Not only is the Palisade smart but sexy as well with it’s curved front face design.
This compact gas fireplace is only 10 7/8” deep but offers an impressive glass viewing area so you can enjoy even more flame.
The Palisade is available in Standard and Deluxe systems. Each fireplace comes with contemporary black porcelain panels, black reflective glass, and 3 piece rock set. This fireplace also comes standard to run on natural gas but also available for liquid propane use. Safety barrier recommended.

Shipping and Returns
How will my order ship? We use a courier for smaller shipments and larger item shipments go freight carrier. We reserve the right to choose which freight carrier moves your shipment.
All shipments, unless specifically denoted, are curb-side shipments. All shipments are shipped via freight carrier, will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, Electricflames.com cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur during delivery.
When your order ships, you will be notified via email. Orders are shipped between 3-10 business days. A tracking number for your shipment will be sent to you via email. We encourage you to track your package online or by phone with the carrier.

All shipments should be inspected as soon as possible upon delivery in accordance with our policy. It is recommended that you inspect for visible defects and damage. If you require additional time to inspect your shipment, we recommend signing the carrier waybill – Damaged & subject to inspection.
Remii Return Policy : To submit your return request please email info@modernsproductions.com
Remii Shipping and Returns : Damages must be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment for an authorization number and to arrange replacement or credit. Unwanted or undamaged returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and a 20% restocking fee + freight will be charged. Original packaging must accompany returns. Please contact us if you would like to return an item.
Unauthorized returns will be refused at our docks and returned to sender. Returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges both ways.
