Returns & Refunds

Free cancellation is available for orders which haven't been shipped.

If the order was custom made, the customer will be charged for the customized add on, and agrees to this by successfully purchasing and continuing the order.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for our 30 day return policy, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Opened items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned products under our 30 day return policy must be in like new condition and sent back with their original packaging, and have all of the parts and components that they came with.

In all return instances, Buyer pays return shipping. If not like new in original packaging, a restocking fee (0-20%) will be applied based on condition, or specific manufacturer fees.

Please note our return policy is for buyer's remorse returns - please see "Damaged Items" section for our policy regarding defective items.

Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

Should you have any questions about a particular product’s return policy we’re here to help. Please contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.

Damaged Items

As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. Refunds, if agreed upon, will be issued to the original credit or debit card that you used when placing your order.

Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).

However, it is up to the customer to REFUSE ANY DAMAGED FREIGHT shipments. If customer accepts damaged freight, a product claim will not be possible.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received, inspected, and determined to be in the agreed upon condition, the refund will be issued to your original payment method minus return shipping cost (if applicable).

If you're receiving a refund as compensation for damage or price match, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund credit to process.


Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are subject to our standard return policy. 

Shipping costs, and handling charges will not be refunded.  

Product Quality Guarantee

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.

We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.
