Realistic Flame
The Ivory® now includes a log flameset and a crystal flameset. You decide if you want the classic log hearth look, or a more modern crystal hearth. Both are included in the box. The Ivory® flames will exceed your expectations. Be sure to check out our video tab on this page to get a view of the flames on this unit. Use it during the day or evening to relax and experience the calming effect of the realistic flames. Some of your friends may even ask if The Ivory® is a real gas fireplace. The mesmerizing flame can be viewed without the heat setting, so The Ivory® can be enjoyed on cool summer evenings, as well as cold winter nights. The Ivory® flames have 5 settings, from a subtle ember glow, to a full fire setting. You can set the flame intensity based on your mood or lighting in the room. All of the flame setting can be be controlled by the included remote.

Yes, it does heat your room
The Ivory® has two heat settings, which quickly add heat to a room up to 400 sq. ft. Please note the heater isn't designed to be the primary heat source in your room or home. It is designed to warm up a cool evening, or bring the temperature of a room up a few degrees. The heating element warms up quickly, and when used with your home's primary heating source you'll find you'll be able to raise your room temperature to get a real cozy setting. The heat setting is controllable from the side of the unit or from the remote control. You can also put the heat on the built in timer setting, where The Ivory® will shut off in anywhere from 30 minutes to 7.5 hours.

Mounting and Use
Mounting The Ivory® fireplace is easy, and in most cases, requires just one person for the job. All the instructions are included, and they are easy to follow. The Ivory® fireplace comes with an easy to mount bracket that mounts to your wall. Once the bracket is mounted, just hang the fireplace on the bracket and secure it with the provided screws. We do recommend placement high enough on the wall to hide the mounting hardware, yet low enough so you can use the heating function far enough away from your ceiling. We recommend placement of The Ivory® fireplace at least 24 inches below your ceiling. A popular place that customer mount The Ivory® fireplace is under a wall mounted, flat screen television. We recommend mounting your TV at least 24 inches above the top of the fireplace unit.

As an authorized dealer for Touchstone, we know how difficult it can be to find the perfect piece of furniture for your home and we appreciate you including us in that process. We want to make your experience with Touchstone Home Products™ as pleasant and painless as possible.

LTL-Curbside Delivery (Included):
Our LTL-Curbside Delivery Service is included in the price of all cabinets and includes the following:
Lift-gate delivery to curbside at your home or place of business.
Item will be left in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for unpacking cabinet and bringing cabinet into the home.

DELIVERY NOTES:
After your order has shipped, a representative from the shipping company will contact you to schedule delivery of your Touchstone™ TV Lift Cabinet. The carrier will provide a date and window of your choosing for delivery.
TV and component installation is not part of the delivery. This is the responsibility of the customer.

TO START A RETURN:
1. Save your box! If you're not sure about your purchase, maintaining that original Touchstone shipping box will make your return much simpler.

2. Carefully read through the return policy and warranty information below for detailed instructions.

3. Contact Touchstone Home Products for a Return Authorization number (RMA#) by calling toll free our Customer Service at 800-215-1990. (Have your order number ready.)

Please inspect your product immediately upon receipt for shipping damages and notify Touchstone Home Products immediately if there is damage. Return/refund will not be accepted for damage claims received past 14 days after delivery.

Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Touchstone will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery.
