A biometric fingerprint scanner allows an authorized user to open the safe with just the touch of a finger. Barska's extra large rifle safe can also be accessed using a digital PIN code or 2 traditional keys as a third access option. The new HQ series of biometric keypad rifle safes by Barska are the quickest way to access your firearms while keeping them completely safe and secure. The advanced biometric fingerprint scanner only allows access to authorized users who have been registered into the biometric database. The quick-access biometric scanner allows the authorized user to quickly access a firearm in seconds, making the HQ rifle safes the perfect choice for home defense storage. This quick-access method eliminates the need to remember a complex combination or fumble with keys when attempting to access the firearms inside.
A digital keypad can be used as an alternative method to accessing the HQ rifle safes. This keypad is located on the biometric module and can retain one user-created PIN code. Having a PIN code as an alternative access method provides more flexible options for opening the safe in the event that the user prefers a traditional PIN code over a fingerprint scan. The HQ series of rifle safes also includes two back-up keys that can be used to open the safe using a lock located above the biometric scanner in the module.
A solid steel five-point deadbolt locking system helps secure the contents inside, and pre-drilled mounting points with included mounting bolts keep the safe anchored in a secured position. Each HQ series rifle safe includes a removable storage shelf that can be used to store additional items such as ammunition, handguns, magazines, and much more. If you would like to return the product or request WARRANTY service, please contact us. After we review information submitted, someone will reach out via email, for additional information if needed, request payment for warrenty service, and issue RMA# when everything required is in place.
21 Day Standard Return Policy
Order that you place through Barska.com website entitle for Standard 21 Day Limited Return for Refund. Customer can reach Barska by filling the return request form in order to be issued a RMA# within 21 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply for a refund/replacement. You will need proof of purchase to verify before a RMA# is issued for the return/replacement. Barska.com will not issue refunds or replacements for items that have been misused, abused, modifications / tampering or unauthorized repairs.
*All returned package will need a RMA# printed on the outside of the box for faster processing.
Manufacturer Warranty Return Policy
Barska being the manufacturer outlet honors Manufacturer warranties for Repair and/or equivalent Replacement after the 21 day Standard Return Policy is expired. Please read the Warranty Card enclosed with product for details. Customer can reach Barska by filling the warranty request form for a RMA #. Your proof of purchase is required for warranty to be covered. You will then need to ship the product back to us. For Warranty return you will need to pay the Warranty Fee to cover Shipping and Handling to return the repaired/replacement item back to you as stated in the included product Warranty Card.
Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery after we received your defective return.

When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 5-7 days after we receive and process your return. The refund amount will be for the single item purchased price not to include shipping and handling expenses. Customer is responsible for shipping expense incurred when returning a product for refund.
What I need to do before returning?
1- Make sure you get RMA# and written it down on the outside box before returning it to Barska. Without RMA# there possibility for delay or even lost.
2- Make sure to remove NON Barska accessories from the product before returning it to Barska. Barska is not responsible for lost accessories which not belong to Barska brand.
