Overview
Touchstone's Outdoor/Indoor Sideline® was developed expressly for our customers, who have consistently asked for an outdoor electric fireplace solution. The Outdoor is designed for use on a porch or patio, with a unique blue and orange flame combination, where each color can be used separately or together. This wall-mounted fireplace is designed for hanging on brick, stone or siding. Unlike our standard fireplaces, this unit has no heat but is designed for reliable outdoor use. Don't let the "Outdoor" in the name stop you from using this fireplace inside the home. The quality of the frame and flame make this ideal for indoor setting as well. This outdoor electric fireplace is perfect for the porch or poolside. At Touchstone™ we pay attention to our clients, and we develop products around what they look for in a fireplace. Realistic Flame
The Outdoor Sideline® Electric Fireplace is the first Touchstone™ fireplace with dual color flames. The base colors are blue and orange, and they have a third flame setting where they are combined, creating an even more realistic flame. With five (5) flame settings and three (3) flame colors, you have 15 possible flame settings. The top setting is a roaring flame, and the bottom setting is a peaceful ember, all controllable from the included remote control. So many Touchstone™ fireplace customers see our fireplaces at tradeshows and are hesitant to touch the front glass panel. The flame set is so realistic that many think its a gas flame. Mounting and Use
The Outdoor Sideline® is designed for wall mounting and can be hung on brick, stone, and stucco with the proper mounting screws (please note you will need to supply any specialty hardware required for specific walls). Installation instructions are included with the unit and are clear and easy to understand. The Outdoor Sideline's easily mountable bracket is included and once it has been mounted on your wall, all you need to do is hang and secure your fireplace with the included screws.

LTL-Curbside Delivery (Included):
Our LTL-Curbside Delivery Service is included in the price of all cabinets and includes the following:
Lift-gate delivery to curbside at your home or place of business.
Item will be left in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for unpacking cabinet and bringing cabinet into the home.
DELIVERY NOTES:
After your order has shipped, a representative from the shipping company will contact you to schedule delivery of your Touchstone™ TV Lift Cabinet. The carrier will provide a date and window of your choosing for delivery.
TV and component installation is not part of the delivery. This is the responsibility of the customer.

3. Contact Touchstone Home Products for a Return Authorization number (RMA#) by calling toll free our Customer Service at 800-215-1990. (Have your order number ready.)
Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Touchstone will not issue a Return Authorization if the request is received more than 30 days after delivery.
