Description
The FV500 Fire Vault Digital Keypad Safe has been designed to provide the highest level of security for your valuables. The thick steel construction of the FV500 provides fireproof protection to the valuables inside and features 4.39 cubic feet of storage space. The interior of the FV500 is fully carpeted to provide additional protection to the contents inside, and the height of the two internal shelves can be adjusted to fit the users preferences. The Digital Keypad stores two unique PIN Codes and can be removed to expose the lock for the included back-up keys. Additionally, the FV500 Fire Vault Digital Keypad Safe is fitted with 3 solid steel locking bolts for maximum security.
The FV500 Fire Vault Safe by Barska features all-steel construction designed to protect and secure your valuables. The internal shelves are fully adjustable to meet your specific storage requirements, and are carpeted for additional protection. The electronic keypad lock features a low battery warning and a lock out mode in the event that the incorrect code is entered too many times. Two back-up keys provide secondary access to the FV500 Fire Vault Safe with the lock being located underneath the digital faceplate. The FV500's solid steel three point deadbolt locking mechanism ensures that your valuables are safely secured inside. This Barska Fire Vault Safe also comes with pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the safe to securely bolt down to the floor. Mounting hardware is included.

Returns / Warranty Service
If you would like to return the product or request WARRANTY service, please contact us. After we review information submitted, someone will reach out via email, for additional information if needed, request payment for warrenty service, and issue RMA# when everything required is in place.
21 Day Standard Return Policy
Order that you place through Barska.com website entitle for Standard 21 Day Limited Return for Refund. Customer can reach Barska by filling the return request form in order to be issued a RMA# within 21 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply for a refund/replacement. You will need proof of purchase to verify before a RMA# is issued for the return/replacement. Barska.com will not issue refunds or replacements for items that have been misused, abused, modifications / tampering or unauthorized repairs.
*All returned package will need a RMA# printed on the outside of the box for faster processing.
Manufacturer Warranty Return Policy
Barska being the manufacturer outlet honors Manufacturer warranties for Repair and/or equivalent Replacement after the 21 day Standard Return Policy is expired. Please read the Warranty Card enclosed with product for details. Customer can reach Barska by filling the warranty request form for a RMA #. Your proof of purchase is required for warranty to be covered. You will then need to ship the product back to us. For Warranty return you will need to pay the Warranty Fee to cover Shipping and Handling to return the repaired/replacement item back to you as stated in the included product Warranty Card.
Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery after we received your defective return.

When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 5-7 days after we receive and process your return. The refund amount will be for the single item purchased price not to include shipping and handling expenses. Customer is responsible for shipping expense incurred when returning a product for refund.
What I need to do before returning?
1- Make sure you get RMA# and written it down on the outside box before returning it to Barska. Without RMA# there possibility for delay or even lost.
2- Make sure to remove NON Barska accessories from the product before returning it to Barska. Barska is not responsible for lost accessories which not belong to Barska brand.
